  • Ensure effective talent attraction, identification, and management of candidates.

  • Evaluate and advise on motivation, development, and retention of our employees.

  • Develop and nurture professional relationships with peers, colleagues, business, and senior leaders and build effective employee engagement strategies.

  • Effective contribution towards strategic initiatives and efficient in performing tactical & operational work.

Job Description

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, be energetic, proactive, agile, aggressive (can drive projects to closure), and have a structured thought process.

  • Have a data-driven mindset and experience with data/analytics.
