MIS Sales Head

Work closely with the sales and operations teams in Indonesia to manage and create sales forecasts, targets, and reports.
Develop GTM strategy for the company and advise senior stakeholders.
Create, maintain, and improve sales system and process and ensure best ROI.
Create, maintain, and share reports and/or analysis relating to GTM team KPIs and targets.
Data analytics and reporting on such toll on periodic basis to senior stakeholders within the company.
Ensuring the sales team is following processes and practices and following sales hygiene.
Develop an understanding of the sales commissions plan structure and commissions system set up to audit the arrangement of sales incentive plans and assist with the rollout of mid-year sales incentive changes.
Validate target setting by calculating targets against achievements.
Calculate incentives and payouts; reconcile data.
Job Description
Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing or relevant field.
5-7 years’ experience in a Business operations or Sales operations role.
Experience in sales team coordination and working cross functionally with other teams like Finance | HR | Operations.
Experience in using and running CRM systems like Salesforce, Asana, Monday.com, etc.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and advise on strategy.
In-depth knowledge of sales processes, methodologies and data modeling and analytics.
