The Inbound Marketing Manager is responsible for organic ways of generating marketing qualified leads. Their aim is to attract new customers and keep existing customers coming back through various content initiatives such as email marketing and blogs.

They will also work with the Social Media Manager to create social media content, which are not just designed for brand awareness, but also to activate conversations and engagements with prospective customers that will make them likely to enquire/buy.

  • Create and manage inbound marketing campaigns to grow the lead and prospect base & support sales initiatives, including: content marketing, journey mapping, drip campaigns, SEO, SEM, social, email marketing, lead nurturing and engagement programs.

  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.

  • Create and run marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email marketing campaigns.

  • Track and interpret campaign data into tangible, action-oriented strategies that will increase open rates, CTRs and conversion rates.

  • Write and edit website content and conduct keyword research to produce SEO optimised blog articles.

  • Continually track, monitor and optimise on and off page SEO.

  • Establish analytics to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

  • Propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas.

Job Description

  • 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably with enterprise B2B SaaS applications.

  • Skilled in inbound marketing and sales strategies, best practices and knowledge.

  • Inbound and HubSpot certifications, strong understanding of marketing automation.

  • Experience in search engine optimization and marketing (SEO and SEM) and expertise in web analytics and tracking implementation.

  • Excellent communicator who is also research-oriented.

  • Creative thinker and problem solver with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
