  • Build a B2B marketing strategy that caters to a  multiproduct tech company, select the right marketing  channels, supervize PR initiatives, drive top of mind  brand perception and B2B conversion.

  • Make sure Ayoconnect’s brand is clearly positioned,  communicated and differentiated.

  • Ensure that the website, promotional material, marketing  campaign strategy are updated regularly or are revised in  order to reflect the latest state of the company.

  • Prepare budget plans and overlook the execution and  impact of marketing campaigns.

  • Prepare social media marketing campaigns and  strategize them such that they align with the business  objectives.

  • Monitor the team goals and their execution keenly.

  • Ensure monthly marketing reports are conducted.

  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

Job Description

  • Proven 5-10 years of experience as Head of Marketing,  Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing or a similar role.

  • Experience in B2B companies, Cloud, Saas, or high-growth tech startups.

  • Preferably experience in financial services or tech.

  • Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets.

  • Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks.

  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.

  • Good oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Passion to build things, self-driven, high problem solving  skills and bar raise
