Head of Growth Marketing

The Head of Growth Marketing owns the plan, execution, and analysis of all marketing campaigns that generate leads and opportunities to increase revenue.

They must understand how to design effective experiments and develop a quantitative intuition for interpreting user data. They also need to be fluent in the full spectrum of acquisition channels at their disposal, including owned, paid and earned media. They’re typically analytical, highly efficient, and detail-oriented people, who have a knack for creativity and strategy as well.


Job Description:

  • Own growth marketing strategy and oversee customer acquisition campaigns across all channels. This includes email, paid search, display advertising, content syndication and paid social campaigns.

  • Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products and discover untapped opportunities through on-going research to understand customer personas and their needs.

  • Identify, test, grow and ultimately profitably scale inbound channels, balancing growth and learning.

  • Develop product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point.

  • Brief the wider marketing team about the value propositions of new products and support in the development of content for marketing activities, website and press releases.

  • Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process.

  • Own the marketing prospect database and improve the size and quality of contacts to support future marketing campaigns.

  • Implement best in class data infrastructure and integration with the CRM to ensure the right information is captured to handoff leads to Sales and attribute campaign success.

  • Monitor competitive activities and launches.

  • Manage and develop a highly capable team to manage growth activities.

Job Description

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with demonstrable track record of delivering growth, preferably in another B2B Enterprise company.

  • Experience working across the full marketing funnel and across the marketing mix.

  • Strong experience in B2B marketing automation (ideally working with HubSpot).

  • You have a passion for data and experimentation.

  • A strategic thinker, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into strong marketing strategies.

  • A track record of effective collaboration with brand marketing and product management teams.

  • Ability to manage and coached a small team, keeping everyone aligned on our priorities.

  • Experience in FinTech would be advantageous but not required.
