The Head of Brand & Communications is our brand champion. They have a strong eye for design, focus on the big picture, are experienced in working with creative and oversee all projects related to building brand awareness and improving brand positioning.

They are also a bit of a stickler and can be nitpicky. That’s a good thing because you need someone to set and protect brand standards and push the rest of the organization to be consistent.

This person also works closely with the Head of Marketing to formulate the marketing message. They’ll translate that into the corporate website, press relations, social media and other corporate communication tools.


Job Description

  • Work with internal stakeholders to formulate the company story and craft messaging in response to new competitive positioning, press releases, etc.

  • Expand company awareness through the press, social media, events and other content channels.

  • Ensure that the marketing message is presented on the corporate website in a visually compelling way.

  • Own the consistency of all touch points along the buyer’s journey, with a particular focus on      customer engagement and happiness.

  • Create and develop an impactful partnerships strategy to drive brand image and awareness, as well as push commercial targets and provide value for our partners.

  • Proactively identify additional marketing opportunities and strategies to drive customer value.

Job Description

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing.

  • An excellent strategist who is able to develop plans and bring to fruition.

  • A creative person with experience of working with agencies and freelancers.

  • A highly skilled communicator, with deep understanding of various forms and channels of content distribution.

  • A strong leader who is able to keep everyone reporting to them working effectively and develop team members to deliver impactful campaigns through collaboration.

  • Experience in FinTech would be advantageous but not required.
