  • Prepare strategic initiatives and prepare business case to support new action plan, manage supporting tools and materials and ensure all projects are delivered based on time, on budget and on scope.

  • Obtaining, managing, and evaluating the projects, set up business planning strategies and business analysis.

  • Coordinate and drive cross-functional high impact initiatives.

  • Support executive decision making and strategic evaluations.

  • Evaluate, plan and implement new key projects.

  • Managed the strategic or  cross-functional projects and programs in CEO office and to ensure the implementation of strategic programs with cross-functional focus.

  • Coordinated with all managers and department heads to maintain open issues and to support the executives in addressing issues, verifying plans and recommendation on corrective actions to achieve goals and strategies.
